Cam Deaver is the owner of Deaver Capital, a Dallas, Texas–based real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of land. Recognized as the largest individual land buyer and seller in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Cam has built a reputation for identifying high-value opportunities and driving successful developments.

Cam studied accounting at North Carolina Wesleyan University before launching his career in sales and marketing through a joint venture between COSTCO and DIRECTV. Today, through Deaver Capital, Cam focuses on strategic land acquisitions and project development, continuing to shape the growth of North Texas real estate.
